Each product is based on the size of the drawings to cut material.
(2).Machine Engraving- simple operation, but no stereoscopic.
The components must be firmly installed to keep the board clean. No scratches, indents, bumps, or scratches on the surface are allowed.
This step of paint has a major effect on the furniture. The smoothness and brightness of the surface determine the appearance of the furniture. Good furniture brands and environmentally friendly products are even more stringent in terms of paints.
First, the fabrics and sponges for custom furniture should be cut well. After the sponges are ready, they should be placed on top of the furniture and the ratio should be higher than the bottom. There must be an arc to grind out the arcs, and then it should be fixed on the furniture. Then the glue will be sprayed all right.
Packaging Quality Requirements
a. The product must be inspected before it can be packaged, and parts must be placed according to the stacking requirements of the packing list.
b. The sealing tape must be firmly attached, the packing tape must be tightened, and the product stacking must comply with the requirements.Generally, every part of the furniture should be wrapped with pearl cotton and then wrapped with carton and then sealed with tape. Then the furniture are well protected.
c. Wooden box packing. Sometimes it’s necessary to pack with wooden box, if the goods are delivered by LCL(small batch delivery)
